Patina Owl Necklace
Rustic brown sueded cording secures a 1 1/2" round brass disc that I punched a 3/4" hole inside. The disc has been hammered to add texture & patinated it using Ranger patina in verdigris, ochre & clay. A Tribal Rain Forest, petite round lampwork bead, by Radiant Mind, is capped by 2 antique brass tone bead caps & hangs from the disc to secure a Vintaj brass owl that I also hammered & patinated. Brass pieces have been sealed to protect the finish.

Autumn Mushroom Necklace
A Bubby & McGurk lampwork mushroom hangs by .5mm brown greek leather cording from an antique brass-look link. A lampwork bead by Mandrel 2 is secured to the top of the brass-look link by more leather cording. To add interest, I secured 3mm antique brass-look metal beads by knotting the leather cord. The necklace is finished off with a knotted end & another lampwork bead by Mandrel 2 which can slide up & down the necklace to adjust the length.
Measures approximately 33" long & can be shortened by sliding the lampwork bead at the back of the necklace.

A handmade pottery oak leaf (30mm x 13mm) by Odd Designs & an acorn bead from Fire & Fibers (ruby red lampwork bead with gold flecks (14mm) topped with Vintaj acorn cap) hang from a Vintaj brass woodland branch (46mm). I punched the holes in the branch to secure the chain & hang the leaf & acorn. Branch & acorn cap have been buffed to highlight the details & have been sealed with Renaissance wax.
